It was then that Henry Gerome began making haysite insulators for a company called Magnetics. The slowly growing business periodically moved into larger and larger garages and buildings until it finally arrived at 135 Oliver Road in 1970. The company headquarters now resides in its new, state-of-the-art, 150,000 sq. ft. Smithfield, PA location. The one-man-show has since become an operation of over 100 employees, and now serves clients across the United States and around the globe. The company founder officially retired in 2003, but the characteristics of integrity, responsibility, and a quality product instilled by "Mr. Gerome" so many years ago still serve as the driving force of the company and its employees to this day.
